Boy hairstyles have come a long way since the crew cut and buzz cut when parents wanted a simple yet clean hairstyle. The best boy hairstyles are low maintenance, for both the parents and the child. With an active lifestyle that many boys have, it’s not uncommon to wear short spikes or even a cute mushroom cut just above the eyes. Hair highlights or dyes are not a good idea for younger boys as their hair grows out quickly and will have to be retouched frequently.
